Our standards
Tobby is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to use Tobby. If we find out that someone is under 18, we block the account. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. See also the Terms and the Community rules.
What is not allowed
Child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAM and CSAE), grooming, sexualizing minors, and any content that puts a minor at risk are banned everywhere in Tobby: lives, videos, chats, comments, profiles and stories. If this happens, we remove the content, block the account and tell the authorities as the law requires.
How to report
Use the Report button inside the app, for example on a live, a video, a story, a comment, a chat or a profile.
You can also email tby@tobby.live with the subject "Child safety". Send the username and where you saw it. Do not attach or forward the material itself.
What we do
We review reports as fast as we can, and child safety reports go first. We remove the content and block the account. We tell the authorities as the law requires, and we cooperate with law enforcement.

Nuestros estándares

Lo que no se permite
El material de abuso y explotación sexual de menores (CSAM y CSAE), el acoso con fines sexuales (grooming), sexualizar a menores y cualquier contenido que ponga a un menor en riesgo están prohibidos en todo Tobby: vivos, videos, chats, comentarios, perfiles e historias. Si pasa, quitamos el contenido, bloqueamos la cuenta y avisamos a las autoridades como exige la ley.
Cómo reportar
Usa el botón Reportar dentro de la app, por ejemplo en un vivo, un video, una historia, un comentario, un chat o un perfil.
También puedes escribir a tby@tobby.live con el asunto "Seguridad de menores". Manda el nombre de usuario y dónde lo viste. No adjuntes ni reenvíes el material.
Qué hacemos
Revisamos los reportes lo más rápido que podemos, y los de seguridad de menores van primero. Quitamos el contenido y bloqueamos la cuenta. Avisamos a las autoridades como exige la ley y colaboramos con la policía.
