The rules
Tobby is for adults (18+). These rules are part of the Terms. Be respectful, and do not do any of this:
- Nudity or sexual content, and anything sexual involving minors.
- Real violence, self-harm or suicide, dangerous acts or challenges, and threats.
- Hate or harassment against people for who they are, and bullying.
- Selling illegal drugs or weapons, fraud, scams and spam.
- Sharing other people's private information.
- Live-streaming another person without their consent in a place where they expect privacy.
- Recording, copying or rebroadcasting a live, or content that belongs to someone else, outside Tobby without the permission of the person who owns it. If other people appear in your live, you need their permission.
- Showing a minor in a way that puts them at risk, or letting a minor use your account.
- Using music, video, images or text you do not have the right to use.
- Betting or gambling with coins or gifts, or giving a prize that depends on chance. Battles and rankings are entertainment: they do not pay cash to viewers or players.
- Using bots or several accounts, manipulating gifts or battles, or coming back with a new account after you were banned.
- Using Tobby to move people to other platforms to pay, or to send money outside of Tobby.
Lives happen in real time and we cannot see every one before it airs. The host of a live can remove guests and viewers, and we can do it too.
If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number first (911 in the United States). Do not use Tobby for that.
What happens if you break the rules
We may remove content, end a live, mute or remove a person from a live, limit a feature, suspend or end an account, and withhold or reverse rewards obtained through violations, with or without notice. Ending an account for serious reasons (child safety, threats of violence, intimate images without consent, fraud) is permanent. People who come back with a new account after a ban may be banned again.
How to report
Use the Report button inside any live, video or profile, or email tby@tobby.live. You can also block a user at any time. We review reports as fast as we can. Reports about child safety and intimate images are the first we handle. More: Support and Child safety.
Appeals
When we remove content or limit or end an account for breaking the rules, we will tell you what we did and the reason, unless the law or an investigation prevents it. You can appeal within 6 months: email tby@tobby.live with the subject "Appeal". A person reviews it and we will tell you the result. Where the law gives you other ways to contest a decision (for example in the European Union), we will tell you about them in our notice.
Intimate images shared without consent
If an intimate image or video of you was shared on Tobby without your consent, you can ask us to remove it. We act within 48 hours of a valid request. It is free. How to ask: Take It Down.

Tobby es para adultos (18+). Estas reglas son parte de los Términos. Sé respetuoso y no hagas nada de esto:
- Mostrar desnudos o contenido sexual, ni nada sexual con menores.
- Mostrar violencia real, autolesiones o suicidio, actos o retos peligrosos, ni hacer amenazas.
- Odio o acoso contra personas por quienes son, e intimidación.
- Vender drogas ilegales o armas, hacer fraude, estafas o spam.
- Compartir datos privados de otras personas.
- Transmitir en vivo a otra persona sin su consentimiento en un lugar donde espera privacidad.
- Grabar, copiar o retransmitir un vivo, o contenido que sea de otra persona, fuera de Tobby sin el permiso de quien es su dueño. Si otras personas aparecen en tu vivo, necesitas su permiso.
- Mostrar a un menor de una forma que lo ponga en riesgo, o dejar que un menor use tu cuenta.
- Usar música, video, imágenes o textos que no tienes derecho a usar.
- Apostar o jugar por dinero con monedas o regalos, o dar un premio que dependa del azar. Las batallas y los rankings son entretenimiento: no pagan efectivo a espectadores ni a jugadores.
- Usar bots o varias cuentas, manipular regalos o batallas, o volver con otra cuenta después de que te bloquearon.
- Usar Tobby para llevar a las personas a otras plataformas a pagar, o para mandar dinero fuera de Tobby.
Los vivos pasan en tiempo real y no podemos ver cada uno antes de que salga al aire. El anfitrión de un vivo puede sacar a invitados y a espectadores, y nosotros también.
Si tú o alguien está en peligro, llama primero al número de emergencias de tu lugar (911 en Estados Unidos). No uses Tobby para eso.
Qué pasa si rompes las reglas
Podemos quitar contenido, terminar un vivo, silenciar o sacar a una persona de un vivo, limitar una función, suspender o cerrar una cuenta, y retener o revertir recompensas obtenidas con violaciones, con o sin aviso. Cerrar una cuenta por razones graves (seguridad de menores, amenazas de violencia, imágenes íntimas sin permiso, fraude) es permanente. Quienes vuelvan con otra cuenta después de un bloqueo pueden ser bloqueados otra vez.
Cómo reportar
Usa el botón Reportar dentro de cualquier vivo, video o perfil, o escribe a tby@tobby.live. También puedes bloquear a un usuario cuando quieras. Revisamos los reportes lo más rápido que podemos. Los reportes sobre seguridad de menores e imágenes íntimas son los primeros que atendemos. Más: Soporte y Seguridad de menores.
Apelaciones
Cuando quitamos contenido o limitamos o cerramos una cuenta por romper las reglas, te diremos qué hicimos y por qué, salvo que la ley o una investigación lo impida. Puedes apelar en un máximo de 6 meses: escribe a tby@tobby.live con el asunto "Apelación". Lo revisa una persona y te diremos el resultado. Cuando la ley te dé otras vías para disputar una decisión (por ejemplo en la Unión Europea), te las diremos en nuestro aviso.
Imágenes íntimas compartidas sin permiso
Si una imagen o video íntimo tuyo se compartió en Tobby sin tu permiso, puedes pedirnos que lo quitemos. Actuamos en un máximo de 48 horas desde una solicitud válida. Es gratis. Cómo pedirlo: Take It Down.
